You just know there could be trouble the moment you place the order for 3 things and the waitress just looks at you like a 6 week old puppy.....So we called in, don't know why, hungry, oh that's it, Ordered a bottle of Rose, 'farmhouse' Chicken Burger (as opposed to Battery Hen-House) and a Black & Blue Burger (Burger+Blue Cheese) The Waitress looked at liked she'd been 'on it' all night, didn't write down the order, all will be fine..... Wine turns up, good, wait a bit here come's the food, Chicken Burger yes! My Burger though looks umm..not quite right. Peel it open, and there's some thin cheap cheese, and what's that? oh an Egg, oh and there's two sausages on the plate too, so it's a breakfast Burger thing then. Fair play for the young Lady who had to deal with the cock up, the original Waitress was nowhere to be seen. She took the meal away but there's no way I'm sitting waiting for a new meal to be cooked whilst my Partner has her's, so we shared that and left.
I have to admit but in all my travels Malta has some of the poorest customer service I have encountered and this place summed it up!
