We ordered three meals, cod bites and chips twice and sausage and chips for me. Two meals arrived but not my partner's whose arrived about 10 mins later!! The chips were fine but the sausages were dry and overcooked, not juicy at all just bland.

Good to hear from a fellow Clevedonian-
We run the pub in Chepstow but live in Clevedon!
You may have been over for the races on Saturday? The pub was rammed all day and our new chef managed a very busy lunch, followed by a large group early evening. If you came on this day we totally apologise. She’s just getting used to the kitchen and if they weren’t top notch, they should’ve been. You should have said something during the check-back and they would’ve been replaced straight away. If you’re over again come in and have a meal on us
