Thought I'd try something slightly different so went for the Pork Chop with Apple and Brandy sauce. Good sized piece of meat, nicely cooked, juicy, very little fat, sauce was very tasty.very filling meal. My Partner had the Tagliatelle Alla Papalina which she said was also delicious.
