Called in one Monday afternoon, nice friendly service from the staff, I ordered the Steak Sandwich, my partner had the Chicken Burger. Both looked good when served up, mine tasted ok, I asked for medium and it was definitely on the well done side, my Partner too said her Burger was over cooked, you can always tell its a bad sign when she starts adding loads of sauce to the bun
