We stayed for two nights for friends Wedding at the venue. Plenty of parking in a very quiet area, friendly helpful staff, good sized clean room with all the usual amenities. We had an evening meal the first night with a party of around a dozen of us, Waitress took our orders, double checked our orders, and we waited for our food.Myself and my Partner both ordered Rump Steak with Peppercorn Sauce and a side order of onion rings. The Meals all arrived with not to much of a wait, for £15 the meals were child sized, barely a handful of fries, pathetic excuse for a salad, and no sign of the sauces or sides. Asked where the missing food was and after a little wait the Sauces did arrive, though the onion rings arrived after I'd finished the meal!!!
The overall experience at the Hotel was very good, Wedding went really well, and the hot buffet supplied in the evening was very tasty, just a pity the set down meal was so poor.
